History of Southern Mechanic Institute of Technology (SMIT)

As a renowned private mechanic school in Had-Yai, Southern Mechanic Institute of Technology (SMIT) has founded since 1975 (2518 BD.). SMIT locates at Polpichai Rd. Had-Yai, Songkla. In the present day, SMIT has 2 degrees of education that are vocational degree and high vocational degree. The opened education departments are the followings:

Vocational Degree

- Motor Mechanic Department
- Electricity Mechanic Department
- Electronic Mechanic Department
- Building Department

 

High Vocational Degree

Our objectives are to develop the knowledge and skill in mechanic for Thailand southerner who can use these knowledge to improve their occupation and our nation. Beside knowledge and skill, we also emphasize on experience, moral and ethic.
